Rest assured that we will try our best to satisfy each client that uses our services. Prior to printing, we'll send an email with a large thumbnail of the final product. Once the customer confirms that this is what they want, the printing process can begin. 

If on delivery the customer is not satisfied with the product, or if the product is somehow damaged, we will try our best  to rectify any problems and send the customer a replacement in a timely manner. 

If the customer is still not satisfied, we will attempt another delivery, but will charge the client 50% of the original price. If the second replacement is still not satisfactory then a prompt refund will be issued. 

Products canceled after printing will incur a fee of 50% of the actual amount paid. This order cancellation policy applies when the customer cancels all, or part of an order after order acceptance and acknowledgement from C&J Photo, but before shipment of goods or execution of services.

Products may not be canceled after they are shipped !

*Plese send us an email, with the products you want cancelled, or give us a call prior to shipment. Products are usually shipped 1 business day after printing is completed.

Our talented staff inspects every order for quality and craftsmanship, but on rare occasions, an issue may escape our notice.

If you are not happy with your print products, please let us know. Here at C&J Photo, we’re dedicated to customer service and we want the chance to make things right.

Since we are not a full-fledged printing operation, we cannot handle bulk services consisting of hundreds of orders, there is a limit to what you can order. This will become apparent during check out. 

On the other hand, since we are not a full-fledge printing operation, we can provide you with prompt, personal, courteous and conscientious services. At C&J Photo you are more than just a number.    

1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of Arkansas.

2. Privacy
C&J Photo has a firm commitment to safeguarding your privacy. We will not sell your email address, or other contact information. We will not distribute your images to third-parties without your consent. We will not hound you with after-sales inquiries including Surveys. We will not inundate your email with SPAM offers, promotions, or sales, or in any other way harrass you before, during and after the execution of your order.  However, we are a business, so to stay in business, we occasionally might send you literature about upcoming promotions or a change in prices. We may also ask with your permision, that some of your images or comments be used to promote our website.

3. Formation of a Binding Contract
No contract will exist between you and C&J Photo for the supply of any services or products unless and until C&J Photo accepts your order by a confirmatory e-mail, SMS/MMS message or other appropriate means of communication.

2. Conduct
You are responsible for all of the images you upload, share or copy using the Service. You must have the legal right to copy and display each image that you upload, share or print. Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources, are protected by copyright and should not be uploaded, shared or copied using the Service

4. Legal
You agree not to use the Service:
a. For any unlawful purposes;
b. To upload, order for print, email or otherwise transmit or communicate any material that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, illegal or otherwise objectionable;
c. To upload, order for print, email or otherwise transmit or communicate any material that you do not have a right to transmit or communicate under any contractual or fiduciary relationship or which infringes any copyright, trade mark, patent or other intellectual property right or any moral right of any party including, but not limited to C&J Photo.
d. To harm minors in any way, including, but not limited to, content that violates child pornography laws, child sexual exploitation laws and laws prohibiting the depiction of minors engaged in sexual conduct.
